Segers Aero Corporation is FAA and EASA approved and the company is designated a Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC) for the T56/501 engine and a Lockheed Martin Hercules Service Center. The Company is Honeywell approved for the Fuel Control Unit.

 

Segers provides maintenance support for all T56/501 engine accessories and the propeller shop conducts repair and overhaul on the Hamilton Sundstrand 54H60 propeller, including the pump housing and valve housing to the latest standards of USAF Technical Orders or commercial manuals.

 

Segers adds value and convenience to operators through flat rate overhaul exchanges, lease units, field service and training. The company has a significant stock of parts available for sale including complete and ready to ship engines, propeller components and blade sets and engine accessories. All of our parts are listed on ILS and regularly updated, of course please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Engines and QECs

Segers is Rolls-Royce and Lockheed Martin approved for the T56 engine and its Lockheed QEC. The company works on commercial and military aircraft in compliance with the latest OEM manuals or TOs as required by our customers. Segers is USAF approved for engines and QECs.

Propellers

Segers is USAF approved to overhaul the 54H60 propeller system including pump housings and valve housings to the very latest standards. The company is also capable of overhauling props to the latest Collins’ and FAA approved standards.

Accessories

Segers can provide complete overhaul support on the T56 engine accessories. The company was designated the Honeywell AWARS for T56/501 Mechanical Fuel Systems. A dedicated accessory line including focused inspection and rework departments means that Segers can easily support accessories as part of engine overhauls or as stand alone projects.
