The Alabama Aviation Center -Segers has built strong connections and employed numerous graduates from this program which offers Airframe Technology, Powerplant Technology, and Avionics. Located at the Brookley Aeroplex of Mobile is where high-tech instruction leads directly to opportunities fostered through the college’s lasting industrial partnerships.
Baldwin Preparatory Academy – At Baldwin Prep, academics and real life, on-the-job experience are integrated in a state-of-the-art building designed for academic and industry-specific immersion. Students take a high level of responsibility at Baldwin Prep. They clock in and out. They wear industry-specific uniforms. They learn time management skills and professionalism that build a promising future for our graduates and our economy. Programs of study include health sciences, automotive technology, cyber security, culinary arts, engineering, cosmetology, construction, welding, graphic design, HVAC, teaching, aviation, and logistics.
Academy at the Fairhope Airport – This state-of-the-art technical training center provides instruction to high school dual enrollment and traditional adult students. Training at the Academy prepares students for high-wage, high-demand careers in welding, electrical and instrumentation, industrial maintenance, and aviation technology. Our degree options include certificates and Associate in Applied Science degrees.
AIDT – As a division of the Alabama Department of Commerce, AIDT provides a full range of customized technical training programs that are offered at no cost to employers and to the trainees.
AIDT/RIDE – Candidates who are applying to or individuals currently employed with companies who are AIDT clients can apply for this transportation service provided for AIDT and its affiliates at no cost.
