Segers Aero is an FAA approved aircraft engine and propeller overhaul facility with a global presence.  We have established OEM partnerships with Rolls-Royce, Lockheed Martin and Honeywell.  Segers provides expert support and engineering solutions for the propulsion systems on the C-130, P-3 and various aircraft accessories and components for militaries across the world.
The Segers Aero team is dedicated to providing world-class quality products and services to our current and future customers and ensure the highest level of product and personnel safety through continuous improvement focus.

Awarded Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center status
2015

Segers was the first facility selected worldwide to install the upgraded Rolls-Royce T56 3.5 engine, since then 15 engines were upgraded in Fairhope
2018
April 9
Accessory &Component Business separated to increase capacity for dedication to growth; and new support shops-Inspection, NDT, Cleaning & Paint Segers Aero received AS9110C certification
2019
April 12
Segers Aero Corporation received Honeywell Approval on Fuel Components for T56/501 engine.
2020
April 7
ARF received by Rolls- Royce for the T56 Series IV (T56-A-427 & T56-A-427A)
2021
April 9
Segers received approval for the only MRO worldwide USAF “firewall forward” for the C130 aircraft, being the Lockheed Martin QEC’s, Rolls Royce T56 engines & 54H60 propellers.
